What’s the point of having a phone number if no one picks up? What’s the point of having a call back option if no one calls back?

I think I'll leave a brief complaint. Tried to book an appointment with them after quite some time, and was told to find another practice.There is no arbitration process: just a unilateral decision with no consideration of mitigating circumstances. The correspondence is terse and curt. Also, perhaps they could consider using a grammar checker in order to ameliorate the broken English.

Extremely unprofessional! Just look at all their previous 1 star reviews, says it all really!Unprofessional reception staff asking for money upfront when they dont even know what theyre charging for. Very lazy, never answer phones even when the practise is empty.An absolute coward of a dentist! Doesnt even talk to paitents properly, absolutely ZERO people skills.Please do not bother with your generic reply. We ALL know you guys dont take any feedback seriously! Evident in all your generic replies to your evergrowing 1 star reviews.

Unprofessional dentist arguing across reception as he was late. Two lazy receptionists not doing their job. Dentist did not reflect confidence or ethical behaviour with threats. He seemed to think he was in an Indian soap opera and I was there waiting half an hour for fun. Doubt he would've argued like this in a white surgery. Sir it is your privilege to serve community of Southall not a forum to make threats to vulnerable patients needing help. Practice manager complacent narcissist to boot

I love the White House Dental practice as my dentist is always so attentive and exceedingly professional. I trust Dr Patel as he always makes me feel relaxed each time I visit. I hate needles so it is a bonus that my dentist creates a relaxed environment at all times. Furthermore I know I am getting superb care from someone who is in top of the latest approaches to dentistry. Thank you Dr Patel.

Probably the worst customer service I have had. I was scheduled for an appointment which the practice cancelled themselves without any explanation they just sent me a text message. They didn’t even call to rebook my appt I then called back and they told me sorry your doctors not available booked me with someone else. I was unable to make the appointment due to traffic I left them a voicemail. They called me to tell me I didn’t make it to the appt which clearly shows they aren’t checking their voicemails regularly. Booked the 3rd time unfortunately I have a very bad cold I’ve called to cancel and rebook but she told me she can’t rebook me due to some policy. When the patient cancels it’s a problem but if they cancel it’s fine. The lady had the nerve to tell me I didn’t give enough notice for not attending, did you want me to get my globe out and guess there was traffic or I’m ill? DO NOT RECOMMEND. not accommodating at all.
